General
Can I choose which design I receive?
You mean you want to spoil the surprise! No way Jose! We believe wholeheartedly in the element of surprise but if you want more, or less, options then of course you can change the categories you've signed up for at any time by logging in to your account and making those changes.
Can I skip a month?
We got you, you need some space, it's ok, we won't take it personally. When you want to skip a month, go into your account and edit your Subscription Order. You can select a new Next Charge date for the month you would like to continue your subscription.
How do I join?
At the top of the page, click the big orange GET STARTED button and we will gladly hold your hand (Sorry if they're a little clammy, it's warm here in California) through the whole process.
Can I join if I'm not a resident of the United States?
Of course you can, we're everywhere! In fact, turn around.... Ha, brilliant. We ship from California for all USA & Canada orders and from the UK for everywhere else. So yeah, order away, but if you're outside the US or UK it might take a little bit longer for your Teebag to arrive each month.
I just signed up. What do I do next?
Wait... patiently... for that special moment your Teebag arrives through the door. Usually we ship your order around the 10th of the month so if you're lucky you'll get your first Teebag around the 15th. Don't worry, it'll be worth it.
How can I cancel?
We understand that you might have all the t-shirts you need and you need to take a break. Don't worry we can either pause your account or cancel it outright, we'll be very sad to see you go but we get it. If you would like to take a break for a while, message us via hello@teebag.com and one of our lovely team will help you out. If you want to cancel you can do so within your account section. Once cancelled you'll get a confirmation via email and one of our team will no doubt fill out a Hurt Feelings Report and may talk about you behind your back. But we're sure they'll only say great things as we're all about that positivity yo.
What if I want to Teebag someone else?
I mean yes, we like your style, why not Teebag the whole family! Simply setup an account and add your billing details and their delivery details and we'll take care of the rest. You can also add a cheeky little note at checkout so they know whose doing the Teebagging.
What if I want to Teebag a friend who's in another country?
Look at you with your international Teebag skills! We salute you and yes you can Teebag someone virtually anywhere in the world. Well maybe not North Korea, I mean we can try for you but can't guarantee it will get through. Anywhere else that has a postal service and a registered address is fine. Now I can't get over the idea of trying to Teebag North Korea, this might not end well.

Ha! Brilliant! Yeah, I know what you mean - but imagine having to tell new people what we do for a living... 'Erm, well, we Teebag the world, monthly'. So forgive us for being a little stupid from time to time, it's very cathartic ;-)
Payments
Why did my payment fail?
If you receive notification that a payment has failed, this means we were unable to fully process your transaction. Normally it's because we couldn’t verify the information used to submit this payment. For example: - Incorrect billing name, address, or zip code - Expired card - Invalid CVV / CSC - Your card issuer declined the payment due to insufficient funds or other blocks on your account. If you’re not sure why your payment failed, please reach out to our Support team via hello@teebag.com or via the contact us form. We’ll be happy to help!
Is there a joining fee?
Nope! All you pay for is the monthly subscription of your choice and shipping. Shipping is calculated during checkout, so you never pay more than exactly what it costs to deliver your Teebag!
When will the monthly charge be processed?
All payments are processed on the 1st of the month to activate that month's subscription. Delivery will follow approximately 10 days later.
Am I tied into a contract?
Nope, no contracts here, you're free to cancel at any time. Should you wish to cancel simply email us at hello@teebag.com and we will process it straight away for you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover American Express, JCB and Unionpay. Sadly no crypto though, unless you can go back in time to 2010 and pay us in many many bitcoins, then we might make an exception.
Subscriptions
What are the different subscription types?
Single Tap! - One shirt picked just for you! Your style, Your fit, delivered right to Your door. Double Tap! - Get a second shirt for about half the price of your first, still selected from your categories, and colors, delivered in the same Teebag (to keep your first shirt company.) Shooting Blanks! - Do you have a more reserved style? Get three of our super comfortable Tees in a range of your favorite colors. Perfect to make your favorite wardrobe pieces POP!
Promo Codes
Can I have a discount code please?
As you asked so nicely yes you can, but only if you promise to share it with at least 5 friends or family. For 10% off your first order use code TEEBAGME.
My promo code doesn't work, help!
Sometimes they expire but don't worry, drop an email with your code to hello@teebag.com and one of our fantastic team will help you out.
Delivery
When will I receive my Teebag?
We ship all North and South American orders via our wonderful mail carriers at the United States Postal Service. Orders delivered outside of the Americas are fulfilled from our UK branch. When we ship out on the 10th of each month, they normally land at your door no later than the 15th of the month!
What if I'm not there when my Teebag arrives?
Like a small child left waiting to be picked up at school, I'm sure your Teebag will be grumpy at first, but it will soon start smiling when it sees you. All Teebags fit neatly in most mailboxes or mail slots so don't worry, no need to wait around.
Returns
What if my garment arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective garment, please contact us via hello@teebag.com within 30 days of the original date of shipment to request a replacement. If an exact replacement garment is not available, your membership will be extended by one month for free. No refunds will be issued for damaged or defective garments
What if my garment doesn't fit?
No worries! Send it back to us and we will send it straight back out in a size of your choosing. Once we receive your garment, we ship your exchange back to you for free. Please send your garment back to us in its original packaging with a note to let us know you would like a different size. Our returns address is: Teebag & Co, 1030 Gettysburg Ave, Ste 103, Clovis, CA 93612. For returns outside of North and South America, please ship to Teebag & Co, 29 Glenmore Business Park, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 7BJ.
